All participants in EKO events must have an annual EKO Release of Liability form on file with EKO. Download the Release of Liability form here. In addition, an online health screening will be required within 24 hours of the event. A link to the health screening form will be sent to you the morning of the event.

2023 EKO Fundraiser: An Afternoon in Wonderland

Join us for an afternoon of friends, food and music and help support the EKO 2023 Prom and activities throughout the year.
